{"id":1011,"date":"2015-06-22T18:59:08","date_gmt":"2015-06-22T18:59:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ravenview.com\/recipes\/?p=1011"},"modified":"2015-08-22T19:26:33","modified_gmt":"2015-08-22T19:26:33","slug":"tomato-basil-tart","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ravenview.com\/recipes\/tomato-basil-tart\/","title":{"rendered":"Tomato Basil Tart"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 box frozen puff pastry defrosted in fridge overnight<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cup grated Romano or Parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 lb plum tomatoes<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 teas salt<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 cloves garlic, crushed<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tbls olive oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">fresh ground black pepper<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tbls fresh basil, shredded<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Slice tomatoes thin and place on paper towels and sprinkle with salt.\u00a0 Cover with more towels and weigh down with something heavy like a cutting board.\u00a0 Leave for at least 1 hour.\u00a0 This will remove excess moisture from the tomatoes and prevent soggy pizza crust.<\/li>\n<li>Combine the crushed garlic, a pinch of salt and olive oil in a small dish and let steep.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat oven to 425 F.<\/li>\n<li>Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.<\/li>\n<li>Roll out entire piece of puff pastry on a floured surface to the size of the baking sheet.\u00a0 Transfer the puff pastry to the baking sheet by rolling the puff around the rolling pin.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle the puff with the Parmesan cheese and poke full of holes with a fork.\u00a0 Bake at 425 F for 15 minutes.\u00a0 Remove from oven and flatten any large bubbles that may form.<\/li>\n<li>Reduce heat in oven to 350 F.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle the shell with the mozzarella.<\/li>\n<li>Shingle the tomatoes on top of the cheese and brush the garlic and olive oil over the tomatoes.<\/li>\n<li>Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes or until shell is golden and cheese is melted.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from oven and sprinkle with shredded basil and fresh ground pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Cool about 5 minutes and serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":17,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[68,303,66,87,1,82,93],"tags":[119,340,53],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/ravenview.com\/recipes\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/1011"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/ravenview.com\/recipes\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/ravenview.com\/recipes\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ravenview.com\/recipes\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/17"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ravenview.com\/recipes\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=1011"}],"version-history":[{"count":6,"href":"https:\/\/ravenview.com\/recipes\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/1011\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":1017,"href":"https:\/\/ravenview.com\/recipes\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/1011\/revisions\/1017"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/ravenview.com\/recipes\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1011"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ravenview.com\/recipes\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=1011"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ravenview.com\/recipes\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=1011"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
