These are so easy to make and are always a hit at a party.<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">20 medjool dates<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 small package of low fat soft goat cheese<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">20 pecans<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tbls rice flour<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 egg white<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Slit dates lengthwise and remove pit.\u00a0 Do not cut through.<\/li>\n<li>Fill the date with the goat cheese, add a pecan and squeeze shut.<\/li>\n<li>Roll dates in the rice flour then dip into egg white and place on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper seam side up.<\/li>\n<li>Bake at 350 F for about 20-25 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Cool slightly and serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<p>If you are making these ahead just cover with foil and reheat at 225 F for about 10-15 minutes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We were asked to a birthday party and when we asked &#8220;What can we bring?&#8221;, We were told &#8220;healthy snacks&#8221;.\u00a0 We both immediately thought of Stuffed Dates.
