{"id":445,"date":"2015-02-07T20:08:56","date_gmt":"2015-02-07T20:08:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ravenview.com\/recipes\/?p=445"},"modified":"2015-02-07T20:15:52","modified_gmt":"2015-02-07T20:15:52","slug":"gingerbread-pudding-cake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ravenview.com\/recipes\/gingerbread-pudding-cake\/","title":{"rendered":"Gingerbread Pudding Cake"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 1\/4 cups flour<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 teas ginger<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3\/4 teas baking soda<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 teas cinnamon<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 teas nutmeg<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 teas allspice<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 teas cloves<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 teas salt<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 cup margarine<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 cup sugar<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 egg or egg replacer<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 cup molasses<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 cup warm water<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3\/4 cup brown sugar<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 1\/2 cups hot water<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">5 tbls margarine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease an 8 X 8 baking dish.<\/li>\n<li>Beat butter and sugar until well combined,<\/li>\n<li>Combine flour, ginger, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves and salt in another bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Combine molasses and warm water together in another bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Mix flour mixture into margarine mixture alternately with the molasses mixture mixing well. Transfer to prepared baking dish and sprinkle the top with the brown sugar.<\/li>\n<li>Combine 1 1\/2 cups hot water and the 5 tbls of margarine in a glass measuring cup and carefully pour over the batter.<\/li>\n<li>Bake 35-40 min, until top is crackled looking.
