{"id":464,"date":"2015-02-07T20:35:43","date_gmt":"2015-02-07T20:35:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ravenview.com\/recipes\/?p=464"},"modified":"2016-03-09T01:01:14","modified_gmt":"2016-03-09T01:01:14","slug":"lentil-mushroom-burgers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ravenview.com\/recipes\/lentil-mushroom-burgers\/","title":{"rendered":"Lentil Mushroom Burgers"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 chopped pecans, toasted<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 19oz can lentil or 2 cups cooked green or brown lentils<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tbls olive oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3 cups mushrooms, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 onion, chopped<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 cloves garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tbls chili powder<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 teas salt &amp; pepper<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 teas cumin<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 teas oregano<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 cup dry bread crumbs<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 cup salsa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Combine toasted pecans and lentils in a food processor and pulse until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Heat oil in skillet and fry mushrooms, onions, garlic, salt&amp;pepper and spices until liquid has evaporated. Add to food processor along with the bread crumbs and salsa. Pulse to combine. Shape into patties.
