{"id":466,"date":"2015-02-07T20:39:32","date_gmt":"2015-02-07T20:39:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ravenview.com\/recipes\/?p=466"},"modified":"2015-02-07T20:39:32","modified_gmt":"2015-02-07T20:39:32","slug":"vegan-potato-curry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ravenview.com\/recipes\/vegan-potato-curry\/","title":{"rendered":"Vegan Potato Curry"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">4 potatoes, peeled and cubed<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tbls oilive oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 onion, diced<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3 cloves garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 teas cumin<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 teas cayenne<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tbls curry powder<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tbls garam masala<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 inch piece of fresh ginger, grated<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 teas salt<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">15 oz can of garbanzo beans(chick peas)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">14.5 oz can diced tomatoes<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3\/4 cup frozen peas<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">5.5 oz can tomatoe paste<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">14 oz can coconut milk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cook potatoes in salted water until just tender.
