{"id":528,"date":"2015-02-08T19:38:20","date_gmt":"2015-02-08T19:38:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ravenview.com\/recipes\/?p=528"},"modified":"2015-02-08T19:38:20","modified_gmt":"2015-02-08T19:38:20","slug":"garden-vegetable-carbonara","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ravenview.com\/recipes\/garden-vegetable-carbonara\/","title":{"rendered":"Garden Vegetable Carbonara"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 eggs<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 cup soya milk<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 cup grated romano<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 teas salt &amp; pepper<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tbls oilve oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tbls lemon juice<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Spinach (about 4 cups)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 of a green pepper, thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 of a red pepper, thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 shredded carrots<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 onion thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 clove garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 pkg grape or cherry tomatoes, halved<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 zuchinni<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">fresh basil<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">grated romano to serve on top<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Rice Pasta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cook pasta in salted water until almost done(about 2 minutes less than specified time). Drain, rinse, keep hot.<\/li>\n<li>Return pot to stove, add olive oil and all of the vegetables and the lemon juice. When pot returns to hot, saute 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Return pasta to pot.<\/li>\n<li>Combine eggs, milk and cheese.
