{"id":558,"date":"2015-02-15T18:20:41","date_gmt":"2015-02-15T18:20:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ravenview.com\/recipes\/?p=558"},"modified":"2015-02-16T21:34:23","modified_gmt":"2015-02-16T21:34:23","slug":"chinese-barbequed-pork","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ravenview.com\/recipes\/chinese-barbequed-pork\/","title":{"rendered":"Chinese Barbequed Pork"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>When the grocery store has pork tenderloins on sale we always make this dish.\u00a0 The tenderloins are usually packaged 2 to a bag so we cook them both.\u00a0 We have served this dish at home and also cooked and transported it to PEI for a family gathering.\u00a0 It seems that everyone likes it and we eat it hot or cold.\u00a0 It is also good on a bun with some lettuce and mayo.<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tbls soya sauce or tamari<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tbls hoisin sauce<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tbls rice vinegar<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 1\/2 teas grated gingerroot<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 1\/2 teas brown sugar<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 clove garlic, crushed<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 teas sesame oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/8 teas chinese 5 spice powder<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 Pork Tenderloin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Remove silverskin from the tenderloins with a sharp knife.\u00a0 Mix all of the ingredients and place in a bowl or ziplock bag with the pork tenderloins.
