We have these muffins warm from the oven along side a bowl of soup.\u00a0 I usually buy two grinds of cornmeal, coarse and fine, and use 1\/2 a cup of each in the recipe.\u00a0 We like the crunchiness of the coarse grind in the muffin.<\/p>\n
