We eat cranberry sauce year round.\u00a0 Besides turkey dinner it is great on sandwiches, burritos and toast, and is integral in the dressing on Christmas Salad….which we eat year round as well.\u00a0 I had used the recipe for cranberry sauce that is on the back of the bag of cranberries for years and then decided to experiment with it.\u00a0 I really like the replacing the water with fruit juice and if using citrus I also use the zest.<\/p>\n
