{"id":681,"date":"2015-02-25T13:55:42","date_gmt":"2015-02-25T13:55:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ravenview.com\/recipes\/?p=681"},"modified":"2015-08-25T21:21:08","modified_gmt":"2015-08-25T21:21:08","slug":"hawaiiian-punch","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ravenview.com\/recipes\/hawaiiian-punch\/","title":{"rendered":"Hawaiian Punch Pizza"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 pizza dough<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 cup tomato sauce<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3\/4 cup pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3 oz back bacon or other good quality ham<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3 tbls red pepper, diced<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3 tbls broccoli flowerets, chopped<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cup Jarlsberg cheese, grated<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tbls sun dried tomatoes, soaked in hot water<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">chili infused oil or olive oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">fresh oregano, chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Place your pizza stone in a 550 F oven for at least 1 hour before you are ready to bake your pizza.<\/li>\n<li>Cook the bacon in a skillet, drain on paper towel and cut into 1&#8243; pieces.\u00a0 If using ham, just cut into 1&#8243; pieces.<\/li>\n<li>Remove the sun dried tomatoes from the soaking liquid and chop into a small dice.<\/li>\n<li>When your pizza stone is ready shape the dough into a round shape slightly smaller than your pizza stone.\u00a0 Place it on a cornmeal coated <a title=\"pizza peel\" href=\"http:\/\/ravenview.com\/blog\/2013\/04\/02\/what-is-a-peel\/\">pizza peel<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Working quickly so the dough doesn&#8217;t stick to the peel, spread the dough with the sauce then add the bacon, pineapple, red pepper, broccoli, sun dried tomatoes and cheese.<\/li>\n<li>Slide the pizza from the peel, using your free hand to gently pull the front of the pizza, to the hot pizza stone.\u00a0 Set timer for 7 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Lift the crust to check the bottom and see if it is done.
