{"id":717,"date":"2015-02-27T21:03:39","date_gmt":"2015-02-27T21:03:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ravenview.com\/recipes\/?p=717"},"modified":"2015-08-25T21:24:23","modified_gmt":"2015-08-25T21:24:23","slug":"freaky-greeky-pizza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ravenview.com\/recipes\/freaky-greeky-pizza\/","title":{"rendered":"Freaky Greeky Pizza"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 pizza dough<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 medium tomato<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 cup tomato sauce<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/3 cup goat&#8217;s milk feta cheese, crumbled<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">4 tbls sliced black olives<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 cup red pepper, diced<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tbls sun dried tomatoes (soaked in water)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 cup black beans<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">oregano &amp; thyme<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">chili infused oil or olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Place your pizza stone in a 550 F oven for at least 1 hour before you are ready to bake your pizza.<\/li>\n<li>Slice the tomato into thin rounds.\u00a0 Sandwich between two pieces of paper towel to remove excess moisture.<\/li>\n<li>When your stone is ready shape the dough into a round shape slightly smaller than your pizza stone.\u00a0 Place it on a cornmeal coated <a title=\"pizza peel\" href=\"http:\/\/ravenview.com\/blog\/2013\/04\/02\/what-is-a-peel\/\">pizza peel<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Working quickly so the dough doesn&#8217;t stick to the peel, spread the dough with the sauce then add the toppings and sprinkle with the oregano &amp; thyme.<\/li>\n<li>Slide the pizza from the peel, using your free hand to gently pull the front of the pizza, to the hot pizza stone.\u00a0 Set timer for 7 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Lift the crust to check the bottom and see if it is done.
