1. To crosscut large sheets of plywood on the tablesaw clamp a board under the plywood and use it as an auxiliary fence which rides against the left edge of the tablesaw’s top.<\/p>\n
2. As a rule of thumb, the denser the wood, the more it moves.<\/p>\n
3. Rub a shelled walnut over scratches on wood to cover them up.<\/p>\n
4. Use a comb to hold small nails when hammering them.<\/p>\n
5. When drilling in drywall use a folded sticky note stuck below the hole to be drilled to catch the drywall dust.<\/p>\n
