Especially since it was in Dartmouth. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p> Fortunately, and almost on schedule, the rain stopped and the sky brightened. Although it had put everything a bit behind the streets quickly filled as people poured in. We had got there early as things were just being set up (yes, we were anxious to get started!) and it was neat to see the empty streets become a <\/p>\n<p>We began walking at the entrance to Portland St., off Alderney Dr., and went to the end of the closed street on Prince Albert Rd and back again. <\/p>\n<p>There were lots of people, vendors, info booths, music, a firetruck, food trucks and even
