We had been harvesting and eating it since sometime in February but this was the last of it. There was a lot left and we could have probably for a few more weeks out of it but we needed the box to start some more beans.<\/p>\n
We have more spinach coming in a couple of weeks so this, along with the lettuces and other greens that are now available, will see us through.<\/p>\n
Looking forward to a big spinach salad!<\/p>\n
