Good for the garlic and a delicious snack for us! (Sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do \ud83d\ude42 )<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ll cut the scapes up and cook with it the same as we do with cloves of garlic but our favourite way to use it, because it&#8217;s milder, is adding it fresh to salads!<\/p>\n<p>Back to the garden&#8230;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>These have got to be one of the greatest treats of the garden &#8211; garlic scapes!
