You should occasionally wipe your peel with a little food safe mineral oil to renew the finish. Do not cut on the peel. <\/p>\n To clean your peel just wipe it with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water or the dishwasher!<\/p>\n If your peel becomes bowed from leaving hot pizza on it simply lay it upside down on a flat surface overnight.<\/p>\n
