We spent this past week bowling. Yep, sure did. Really. We spent the week bowling… Turning bowls, that is! <\/p>\n
As you can see above looks like I had a pretty good time at it too. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
We were actually coring bowls, getting them ready to finish at a later date. The main reason for doing this is to allow the wood to dry much faster, much faster. It also makes a little more room in the shop too which is always a good thing.<\/p>\n
The types of wood we cored include Maple, Cherry and Ash.<\/p>\n
It was well worth the effort to get this done. Of course, we still have a lot more to do but this was a great start…<\/p>\n
