Gluten Free Brownie In A Cup

Ingredients

  • 2 tbls oats ground to a flour
  • 1 tbls buckwheat flour
  • 1 tbls palm sugar
  • pinch sea salt
  • 4 teas cocoa powder
  • 1/8 teas baking soda
  • 2 tbls applesauce
  • 3 teas maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 teas vanilla extract
  • 4 teas non dairy milk
  • 2 teas dark chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl.
  3. Add wet to dry and put in a oiled mug or ramekin.
  4. Bake 350F for 18-22 minutes.

Optional:
You can substitute half the maple syrup for stevia.
