Here are a few pretty painted wooden bowls that we did over the past week. One of them is even lidded!
It was nice to get back in to the shop producing after the past several weeks being spent on processing wood. Harvesting trees and preparing the wood for drying takes a fair amount of time and is necessary. It is great to get into the woods, play with chainsaws and do physical labour but the real fun is the actual creating of pieces! 🙂
Each of these bowls is made of local White Birch and is approximately 8″ (20cm) in diameter and 3.5″ (8cm) tall.
