Last night’s blanket of snow created a truly beautiful Winter garden! Mother Nature never ceases to amaze us!
The snow came overnight and when we woke up we were greeted by such a wonderful sight that we just had to rush outside! The blue sky was breaking through clouds and the sun was streaming through. Everything was sparkling! We just walked around the yard and garden looking and taking pictures, trying to capture it all, trying to take it all in.
We also took this opportunity to pick some greens for supper. As you can see from the photos below that our hoop houses are doing well! Nothing like a big, fresh salad in February!
