A Maple leaf surprise! Check this out! We found this very colourful, fabric Maple leaf in our leaf bin while shoveling the old, dried leaves into our compost bin. Is this weird or what?!
After taking out a few shovelfuls of leaves we saw something bright and brushed away some leaves to reveal this ‘leaf’ just sitting there. It certainly surprised us! Here, among the dried leaves of last year was this stunning thing. It sort of reminded us of the Ugly Duckling story. 🙂
We wonder where it came from? How did it get there?
